Good service, and did what I requested. I had the rubber seal replaced at the bottom of my garage door and some lube put on the springs only. The cost for those two applications was expensive.

After getting a quote from another company, and being told it would be a long wait for installation. I attempted to schedule service twice and never got a return call. So, I found this company , wanting someone local with good reviews. Im very pleased I did. They were easy to work with and upfront about pricing. The installation was $200 less than the previous quote , from the other company that didnt seem to want my business very badly. I felt very comfortable with C&R garage doors. The installers arrived, listened to what I wanted, and got to work. In less than an hour I had new openers and my garage doors worked as they should again. Im very pleased with the employees and the company. I would recommend them to anyone and my wife is glad its all done and done correctly. Thank You!

They didn't finish the job they were hired to do. I needed new bottom weather seals, which is a small job, so I had them also install new door openers to make the job worth their time. They did install the new openers, but didn't have the weather seal on their truck. They said they would have to order the seals and would return. They didn't return. I called them 4 times over the course of 3 months to come back. I spoke to them 3 of the 4 times, which they said they'd call the following week to schedule a time. The 4th call I left a message but they didn't call me back. I've hired someone else to finish the job. I don't recommend this company. **Response to your reply below... Using the "pandemic" and "long lead times" as your excuse is very sad on your part. You should be ashamed. You told me you had the product the last two times we spoke, so don't throw blame at the pandemic for your incredible lack of customer service (which is the real reason why you're getting 1 star). As a matter of fact, go lookup weather seals for Wayne Dalton doors right now, and you'll see they are in stock everywhere, just as they've been all summer.

Fast, honest , reliable and reasonable. Not sure youll find a company that actually cares as much as C&R garage doors. Highly recommended.
