When my wife and I were looking for a house, my friends who had recently purchased a house recommended Dawn Sharp to us. She helped us get the house of our dreams in a timely manner. She's very knowledgeable in her sphere and gave us good recommendations on the housing market. Everything from beginning to end went very smoothly and she didn't push us to make a purchase before we were ready. We would definitely recommend her to anybody trying to find their new house!

Dawn only had a few weeks to get us into a new home and she delivered! She drove us all around the area, gave us her thoughts and answered all of our questions. Actually, the house we ended up buying wasn't even on our list to look at, it was one she suggested and we are sooo happy she did. She did great negotiating for us and helped us through the entire process. Dawn has even helped us on a few occasions since we have been settled into our new home. And she’s stopped by several times with random gifts!! She's highly responsive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra distance.

Dawn is the very best random click I ever made. Three years ago Dawn sold my husband and I our very first home. Dawn is helpful, attentive, honest and a great teacher. She held our, first time home buying, hands through the whole process and beyond. To this day we consider her to be a part of the family. I am extremely thankful for stumbling upon her on Zillow!
