They were extremely friendly and helpful from the first conversation with the office to the representative that fixed our furnace. Price was also fair and reasonable. I would recommend using this company!

Gladstone furnace has gone above and beyond helping my elderly Father. During a bitter cold spell, my Dad needed service and called on a Sunday night. Not only did they talk him through the issues to troubleshoot, but came out first thing the next morning to repair. I am so thankful for this locally owned company willing to DO THE RIGHT THING.

Dan diagnosed our problem as a switch, but cautioned it may be the blower. The cost difference between the former and latter was $900. Dan brought the parts over and confirmed it was the switch. He could have told us it was both and jacked the price up but he demonstrated real integrity. I cannot recommend him ( and Amy) enough. Great customer service, a fair price and a trustworthy technician. Will never use anyone else.

I can't say enough good things about Gladstone Furnace. I've used them at various properties for years. Dan and his team have always gone above and beyond my expectations to provide excellent service at an affordable price. I highly recommend for all of your heating and cooling needs.
