The inspection report that we received was very comprehensive and detailed, full of valuable, and up-close information on literally every aspect of the new home that we are hoping to move into. The report was delivered on-time and the inspector had spelled everything out for us, section by section, room by room, crack-by-crack, window seal-by-window seal, even pointing out a single loose brick on the exterior of the house. I give this incredibly thorough company five-stars for the professional results delivered, thank you Perry Brown. This will help with all the uncertainties of going into a new place, and we can now begin to plan ahead for the things that need to be addressed, one item at a time.

Rob is great to talk to and will take time to explain things. He catches many things I am clueless about, and is willing to talk me through. I've done two inspections w Home Run and certainly recommend them.
