        Called at least 40 times to pay bill. Busy tone or no answer. Pitiful customer service. Don't waste your time calling the after hours number. Lady on other end is absolutely a waste of time.

        Called to set up paperless billing. Was told paperless billing was activated. 3 1/2 weeks later received my first email. It was not a Bill but a late notice with late fee attached.
