Based on the fact that not long after opening this establishment a worldwide pandemic struck they are doing pretty good recovering.  Many restaurants never made it out alive.  Many negative reviews complaining about the same thing.  The two most important things are service and how the food tastes.  I give at least a 4 star for both.  They are always busy and from my experience the food and service has been consistent. Always order the sauce on the side or you are setting yourself up for soggy food by the time you eat it.  Compared to the other two drive thru chinese restaurants in Branson this location has the most flavor packed food. It actually has flavor as compared to the other two in town that have become bland and boring.  They haven't always been like that. The cashew chicken is the best example. I have family visit that comes from a part of the country that Cashew Chicken isn't a thing. They grew up on the traditional SW MO Cashew Chicken flavor.  They want a taste of home when here and when they come in to town so far Hong Kong Express is the only place that satisfies that craving anymore. Pay no attention to the complaints about the speaker and lobby not being open.  That shouldn't be a reason to give a place a 1 star rating. Just  like everything prices have gone up and portions have become smaller. Both survival tactics to survive the ripple effect of  the pandemic.  Give them a try.

Still fantastic! Love going here ..
Combo meals we had were fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drinks always stayed full. Will Def be going back.
