It was okay until my rates increased out of nowhere. So apparently, AllState will happily add people to your insurance, even if those people barely stay with you, NEVER drive your car, can't keep a job and broke with no money. I woke up one morning and saw they nearly charge me double my original rate. I called for clarification, trying to explain this person doesn't drive my car at all and rarely ever comes to my home. AllState's response is "Hey, we found this person is at your address and they gotta go on someone's insurance." I tried like hell to get that person off of my insurance because they are not even related to me but Allstate is like, "Welp, unless they can show they live somewhere else or have their own insurance, we are putting them on you." So I ended my contract. So disappointed.
