Going Green Lawn Services

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I agreed to use their services due to an acquaintance reaching out. (This person has since then left the company and only worked here a short time - RED FLAG #1) They perform services but do not call you to inform you what day/time they will be out, it's random each month. My "service" at the beginning of this month did not occur. I was home all day and have cameras outside of my home. When I called this company to cancel my service and explain my latest experience, the immediate respond I got from Todd was "Oh that never happens" (RED FLAG #2) No apology, no attempt to correct the situation... I was simply told I was a liar and "cameras have spotty connections" Shady company. DO NOT USE!

When I first moved into my house I was embarrassed at how bad it looked as it had purple weeds Al over the whole front yard while the neighbors yards looked immaculate. I decided to message Travis and ask him for help. The first year was really good as my yard significantly improved but let me tell you this second year words cant describe how great my front yard looks. Its the grass you want to walk barefoot through just because you can. I sometimes bug travis a lot with questions and hes always courteous, professional, and makes me feel like there are no dumb questions. If you stick with the program your yard will get better. If you want a quick fix and dont have patience then please dont get this lawn service because all good things come to those who wait. Thanks! Services: Grass seeding, Weed control
