One star is too generous. My 62 year old mother with early onset Alzheimer's saw Dr. Lorenz about getting her remaining 9 teeth pulled. He refused to pull them for the longest time, until she demanded for him to pull one of them. Supposedly it had no cavities, yet when I brought her home from the office, she showed me the tooth, which is full of cavities. He hurt her during the procedure by refusing to give her another lidocaine shot, until she was in tears, and this was after he tried confusing her into agreeing to a root canal instead! At this point we're considering legal actions, since the rest of her teeth are full of cavities and cracks, and he refuses to touch them.

The dentist is VERY rude. He tried to look in my son's mouth and my son was turning his head so he said I can't see anything because he won't open his mouth. If he does this next time he's going to have to see a pediatric dentist. And then asked if I had any questions? In my opinion he didn't put in any real effort. Just sat right down and immediately tried to look in my two year old's mouth. He was scared and didn't even try to make him feel safe. Will never come back here. I will say though that the two receptionists are very nice.

Had an appointment scheduled 3 times and they cancelled my appointment a few days before the appointment. Never got to see anyone. Do not recommend!

I had a horrible experience the dentist was very abrupt , no sense of compassion or empathy & treated me like I did not matter ,,, I would not recommend this dentist !!! When I tried toke a complaint & voice my concerns,,,, they recommended that I seek a different dentist at a different facility , instead of taking any accountability ,,, again definitely would not recommend this dentist especially if you have dental complications !!!!
