Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

Absolutely amazing!! I love how quick they are with service, and the help they've given me and my mother. I've struggled with hearing issues since 2015, and now I'm getting the hearing aids that I desperately need!! My mom and I are so excited to get them, since our daily life normally consists of yelling back and forth to each other! Thank you Katie for all the help you've given us, and thank you to everyone else working for Miracle-Ear in Farmington!

Im 39 years old with hearing issues since I was five years old. I had hearing aides over 20 years ago but then due to finances had to stop the use of them. Katie and her staff were very patient and courteous and made me feel like I deserve to have my hearing health addressed. They didnt act like I was crazy or stupid. I felt valued and cared for and I feel like they will do everything they can to help me find a solution and work as a team with me. That is very important to me. Thank you Katie and I look forward to taking this next step in my hearing health.

This is my second rating for Miracle-Ear Farminton location. Both times 5 Stars. As a business professional and owner of several Healthcare related businesses, I can honestly say that the professionalism, knowledge and time they take to care for their patients is unequaled. You will never feel rushed, they are there to help during business hours with any questions, comments or even free cleaning. The business platform layed out by this Farmington office as well as the umbrella of the president of the local offices is superbly managed and orchestrated. Once again, this is my second pair of hearing devices, my older pair as well as the newest most advanced pair Miracle Ear offers comes with the backing of a very quality minded and patient friendly team. Thank you Rebecca and Katie as well as the new intern Ms. Swingford for making my visit exciting, educational and feeling confident in my purchase. God Bless.
