        Decent selection, place was clean however if you have a sign in the window that says "we sell gift card" you probably should have staff that don't respond with "no, we don't offer gift cards".

        Great service and the owner is friendly. They have the best marinated steak tips, homemade jerky, and chicken. Ask for the caribalo steak tips, you will thank me later. 5 years later and only getting better.

        THE OWNER BILL IS A DOUCHE CANOE !!Thank God for the employees that have worked at this butcher shop. Jake, Lee, and Scott have made this a family environment and experience with their friendliness, their professionalism and their high standards. They've made it a true joy to be order meat from them But the owner? Excuse my French but he's a pure asshole !!During Covid, while these three guys worked their butts off and did more business in one week than he had seen in two months, did he give them a bonus?  Week, after week, after week Hell NO !! ... In fact, he never gave any of his employees a bonus.  he's closing the doors in January with no severance package... Nothing . It just goes to show you that greed never wins!!YES... he's closing the butcher shop because he doesn't know what Work means and how to treat people. Good riddance Bill ... may your karma come quickly
