We are looking to buy our first home and we were not going to make the mistake of not having it inspected. Our realtor gave the name of some good inspectors in the area they have worked with. Did my research and talked to all of them through email or phone. All had quality websites and great reviews. I went with American Ozarks because John was able to do the inspection within a week (the others were 2+ weeks). He was very professional and easy to talk to and walked us through everything and even pointed out a few things that weren't even in the report but were things we needed to think about. He used a specialized software that made his report the easiest to understand and interpret comparatively to other inspectors' reports. I come from a construction background so I could understand more technical reports but John's was so logical and well organized that my wife understood everything without me explaining it to her. American Ozarks is locally and veteran owned so that played a factor in choosing him as well. We like to support local business. Again if your looking for a quality, professional inspector, you won't go wrong with John and American Ozarks.
