Scrubs & Beyond Corporate Office

Worst order experience! Order received yesterday and trying to utilize happy returns the next day and cant get it to work. Contacted scrubs and beyond and no resolve and no answer on when it can be resolved to get a label. Meanwhile $900 plus in charges and no way to return. Nearest store is 10 hrs away.

Worst company Ive ever ordered from. Placed an order on 7/26/23 and here we are on 8/16/23 and I still have not received my order. I called their customer support numerous times and no one could tell me where my order was. They just said call FedEx. So I did their job for them and called FedEx and was bumped back and forth between them and USPS only to find out my order is on a boat somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Ive lived in Hawaii for three years now and the only thing that ever came on a boat that I ordered was a car. The funny thing is is that I ordered a couple other sets of scrubs from a different company using their standard shipping and received my order two days later. Anyways after looking at some of the other reviews it seems shipping or even just complete orders us a problem for this company. Oh well, I guess Ill just spend my money somewhere else next time.

Terrible they don't do exchanges and their clothes run small and customer service is over Seas plus the online act as if they have nothing to do with store. Go to Walmart Star Scrubs

Im not into writing reviews, but Im very frustrated with this company and its service. I ordered my scrub online, and I had to wait for weeks on the pending status. I had to call multiple times with zero help until I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager. I couldn't cancel my order either . Two days later, the order was shipped, and as stated it will take 4-6 days for delivery. Now its been 8 days, and when I track it, it says that I have to wait for another 2 weeks for delivery. That is ridiculous and unacceptable. Its my first experience with online ordering from you, and it will be the last. I used to like the store near me, but now I regret thinking about this company in the first place.
