I'm so impressed with the chiro service provided. The knowledge sharing & dedication to me learning what caused my physical hardship was a necessary pill and no question was left unanswered. The healing process felt long but overall I seen improvement in less than 3 months. The comforting smile when you walk through the doors is a great benefit too!! I am a "high maintenance" patient, and a friend referred me to Dr. Civello in November of 2022. Since my first visit, and after about 15+ visits, I've never once felt rushed with Dr. Civello. It's worth mentioning that Karen and the office staff are friendly and helpful! Dr. Civello listens well and clearly explains his treatment plan in simple terms. Dr. Civello is a tremendous chiropractor, giving much time and attention to detail in his adjustments and therapies. He provides picture examples via email of any exercises given in his office, which is great for someone like me who literally needs the reminders and the pics! He continues to help me identify weaknesses, and he provides a variety of therapies based on my individual needs, abilities and goals. When I give feedback about my treatment/progress, he takes time to ask questions to clarify his own understanding of my needs. He is patient with the many questions I throw at him. He provides a wealth of suggestions for improving mobility, strength and practical daily movement. I'd highly recommend Dr. Civello if you're looking for well-personalized chiropractic care.

I'm so pleased that LifeClinic at Frontenac has added acupuncture to their offerings! Dr. Drew is pleasant, knowledgable and eager to make every experience beneficial. I got a treatment for post-op pain and swelling after an arthroscopic procedure and the swelling went down significantly after only one treatment...looking forward to more visits!
