If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have had SL for 11-years and they always USED TO BE great in service and sending out technicians. Now, in just this past year, their service has gone downhill FAST! because my internet/phone has gone down anywhere from 5-times a day to 20-times a day. The last four-times I have had to call a technician to fix this, THEY HAVE NEVER SHOWED UP, but CS keeps rescheduling me and tell me their will ESCALATE my situation and have someone higher-up contact me. No one has, so now I am in the process of finding another provider. Location: Jane Lew, WV

I am very tired of things that Suddenlink billing and the reps that answer the help line for their billing. I have never worked with a more shady group in my life. And Their executives are wondering WHY so many people are using other companies like dish networks and companies like Vudu, Netflix, Hulu, etc. If I find a way to move I will do it immediately.
