Accu Tax

I’m appalled, I’ve been a client here for the past ten years. I’m understanding that things have been challenging this year with the “pandemic”. However, Debbie who works the front desk is a piece of work, I’d describe her as emotionally immature, rude and unprofessional. I had my taxes completed and turned in months before the deadline and not once did anyone from this office ever attempt to contact me about anything until it was time to collect payment from me. I have received no direction, communication or help in assisting me with penalties due to my taxes not being completed on Accutax end. Debbie let me know how it is all my fault and any penalties I occur are my fault and how I should be happy that Connie is retiring. How does that make me happy Debbie, seriously, after ten years of being a loyal supportive client this is how I find out about her retirement and not once did Debbie ever apologize for any inconveniences from their end. Unbelievable. I will never refer anyone to this place especially since Connie has not even attempted to contact me about the matter. I know she is retiring but that is no way to treat people. Best of Luck to Debbie, she clearly needs it, along with the rest of the unprofessional staff at Accutax!

Service is always great and office staff is very friendly. Matt is well versed in all of the new tax laws and is very patient with his explanations. I would and have recommended Accutax to friends and family

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. CONTINUE TO DEDUCT FEES FROM PREPARATION FEES. THEY WANT THEIR MONEY UPFRONG; EVEN IF OUR CLIENTS ARE PAID OR NOT. THE EFIN PROGRAM THAT THEY HAVE IN PLACE; OFFERS UNFAIR PRACTICES. NOT HAPPY WITH SOFTWARE; NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE; WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, AND WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. THEY MUST BE A SISTER OR PARENT COMPANY WITH REFUND REPUBLIC. THEY ALL STEAL
