    Our contact was Sam Plunkett and he took care of everything for us from start to finish. We really only had to make a few phone calls. He came to our house the same day we called for a free estimate. He was very friendly and easy to work with. We have had a wind and rainstorm since our roof was installed and we have had zero issues. I would definitely recommend them!

    I must begin by saying the salesman, Lamont was outstanding. Nice gentleman. His supervisor was a fast talker, but took the time to come by and speak with me regarding questions that I had. UGH!!! ALWAYS GO WITH YOUR INSTINCT! After contemplating...I decided to go with this company. It took them a while to drop the supplies, I thought perhaps they decided not to do the work. Then once they did bring the materials, it took them almost 2 weeks to get started. The morning that they started, I felt like I had made one of the biggest mistakes of my life. When pulling away from home, I kept looking back saying to myself, I need to call in and take the day off...perhaps I shouldn't go to work....needless to say, I did. Well, when I returned home, my father who is 79 yrs old and very predictable....and sits on the front porch for HOURS told me that someone stole his cell phone. "What do you mean SOMEONE"? One of the men stole my fathers phone. Each worker kept saying they did not speak English and couldn't understand what I was saying/asking them. I viewed video footage and while you couldn't see the man taking my fathers phone, you could see my dad with his phone walking in the house, back on to the front porch (with his phone and glass), back in the house (without his phone and glass), and then when he walked back on the porch, you could see him looking for his phone....plants that my deceased son planted....ruined, electrical outlet, broken...I phoned the company....I was told not to accuse them of stealing, send the footage to the company, then we can talk. After ranting and did I rant? YES I DID, I called the salesman! 6+ hours without his phone, my dad walked in the house with his phone in the air. He said that one of the guys took it out of his coat pocket and handed it to him. You never intended to return the phone because it took you 6+ hours to do so! They tried to say that my dad dropped his phone in the back of the yard....oh my, all of a sudden you speak and understand English! Lamont came over yes, the sales guy and I showed him the footage, flowers, etc... he comforted me, the best he could. One of the workers that had left came back and he was upset that this occurred as well. But the company, did not care. They had the guy working on someone else's home the very next day, said we couldn't just accuse someone of stealing. WHAT? It took them over a week to call me regarding what they were willing to do regarding the incident. And they didn't call me until I called them.....ranting! They didn't tell me how they would handle my situation, they asked me what did I want them to do for me...after I brought it to their attention. This was the worst! They finally offered me $300 off. Okay....let me pay you and be done with this. However, I pray that this does not happen to anyone else. Should have gone with my gut instinct!! To God be the Glory...in ALL things!
