Ice cream is hit and miss here. Most times I come it's almost like the dairy is sour in their soft serve. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Stopped at this location for a mini blizzard for my daughter. It was a few minutes to close, which I didn't know as every other food place in the mall was still open another hour. I paid for our ice cream and waited. I stood right in front the counter and made eye contact with the girl who rang me up at least 2 or 3 times. I see them all cleaning and no ice cream being made. I walk up and ask where my order was and was told, "oh we shut the ice cream machine down" and would be refunded. It was a $3 ice cream but it was for my daughter. These kids working this location were so focused on closing that they literally forgot about a customer who was staring at them the whole time I waited. Absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately this isn't the first issue I have seen or been told about. Early closing, order issues, and now totally forgetting about a customer. I get everyone wants to go home but never have I been forgotten as a customer. In my 10 years of customer service, I never put the customer second. When you allow kids to run a location without supervision, I suppose you cannot expect them to know what being professional is like. Maybe they need an adult to show them how to treat customers.
