I typically don’t complain, but this just wasn’t a good experience. I paid $78 on Aug 18th for them to come out and tell me what I already knew. The rep told me the part would be in the next day, but it may take a few days for another service rep to come out. I hadn’t heard anything for a couple of weeks, so I call yesterday Sept 9. I speak with Tonya. She says she will reach out to Jim and get back to me. I did not receive a phone call. I call back today. She says we can’t anybody out hear until Sept 16th. At this point, I just want my $78 back and would rather go somewhere else. She asks if I would like to speak to a manager, I said that would be great. Puts me on hold, just to tell me he is in a meeting, and would call me back. I’m just thoroughly disappointed with this level of customer service. Service: Sewer repair
