I never write reviews on anything. I felt I needed to with what I experienced though. I am a perfectionist. It can be a good thing sometimes and a bad thing other times. I ordered a rental book through MBS Direct services. I looked up what I could do with the book as far as writing and highlighting go. I took very good care of the book and had no highlighting. I did circle a few answers in the chapter question sections, but it did not come close to excessive writing or notes. They claimed that my book was returned with damage. As I said, I am a perfectionist. Before I sent the book back, I made sure it was packaged nicely and in good condition. So, this was very frustrating. I contacted them via email, and I was told it was due to excessive writing and notes made in the textbook. The definition of excessive must vary greatly from one person to the next, I guess. They then apologized and said they will be charging me for replacement fees. Its comical, because my book was in perfectly good condition and presentable for the next customer. What Im trying to say is go through Chegg or some other site instead.
