They have so many different options to choose from and good discounts. They are really nice and patient with little kids.

I was calling build a bear stores all over Kansas and Missouri to ask about certain stuffed animals for my daughter. I called this store at 745 and 747 and got the answering service telling me they were closed well before they should have been.

I drive 5 hours from Macon to Chesterfield Mo, and this is what I get? Unacceptable. I drove 5 hours just to get my daughter's ranibow bear restuffed, and they said they couldn't do that just because it wasn't a Build-a-Bear! I told them i had to drive 2 hours to get there, and they acted like as if that's normal everyday life for most people. I think they should change their policy to that they restuff any type bear. even if it's not their own kind. They also that they "couldn't" gaurantee that Tricia would be resealed,because they had a special spot where they unseal their toys and reseal them. One of the staff members showed me how to do a ladder sticth though, so that was nice. and they clearly were showing me that they could've restuffed tricia, but just didn't feel like doing it.(im also wrting this on my mo's behalf). My daughter was just so upset and angry with them, and she has the right to be, if you have a non bulid a bear needing to restuffed, call around elsewhere they wo'nt do itt for you. They just won't. And i know that. We asked them for one simple thing, and they broke their promise. they deserve w, my daughter's just a kid. She's innocent. She dosen't deserved to be turned down like that just becaue her stuffed animal's different from the rest. Her's still matters. (all of this happend at the Bulid-a-bear store in Chesterfield Mo by the way.)
