Had an unfortunate experience here. Was referred by the downtown location as downtown was busy and this location was theoretically available. I needed a tire mounted and rotated in, and an alignment. The first bad sign was although they had said they were immediately available on the phone, it was now a 45 min - 1 hr wait. No biggy, I walked to the mall to kill some time, with the gentleman at the front desk saying he'd call my cell when ready. 2 1/2 hours later, still no call so I walk back to check in. The gentleman says he both called and texted my phone with no luck. My car is ready, but the alignment was only partial as a bolt was seized. Fair enough. I was taken aback when they charged full price for the partial alignment, but what can you do. I also had to ask twice for the alignment print out. The cost, which I stupidly neglected to ask for a quote beforehand, was basically twice what I would expect to pay. What really made me want to leave this review, beyond the above, was the quality of the work done. The tire that had been mounted was slathered in mounting grease. The adjustment cam on the bolt that was stuck had a huge tool dent / gash in it and will need to be replaced to be functional again. A bushing had been burned / melted when they used a torch to try to get the bolt loose. The entire alignment was off and I had to have it done again on the road, in the middle of a 2k mile holiday road trip. Here's the thing, in my eyes. If you can't help someone in the amount of time you initially tell them, let them know - odds are they're busy, like everyone else. If you can't fulfill a job, don't charge full price. And if you damage and / or leave a customer's vehicle filthy and that's okay with you, well that speaks for itself. I can't recommend anyone taking their vehicle here. I can recommend the downtown location, and will continue to use them myself. In my experience, however, they are two entirely different businesses.
