They have these babies out 20 minuetes passed their scheduled bus time. Then when a parent call they catch a attitude. But why? Oh because parents should be late to work because no one sent out a memo that buses are going to be late until 5 minutes after a parent calls. A little over a month in and my daughter bus has been late over a handful of times already. I wish I didn’t have to work so early because I wouldn’t even deal with the unnecessary headaches.

This whole company should be shut down! Very poor customer service! They even treat the school employees rude when calling with a missing/displaced child!

Not notifying parents that the bus route is running late is unacceptable! So far this week, it has happened twice. Tuesday and again today, Thursday. Wednesday was no school! Bus normally arrives by 7:35. Tuesday it was after 8:00 am and I ended up taking my child to school myself. Today it was 7:58. The communication has to happen! - other parents in the neighborhood called and they were lied to about them sending notifications. NOT ONE of us received anything!

I called because my little sisters bus hasn’t been picked her up in the mornings for two days straight. They told me her bus driver took someone else’s routes because they don’t have enough drivers to cover all of them. How do they expect the kids with no driver to get to school!?!?!?

Poor customer service and poor management. I don’t know what’s going on at this company, but they can’t seem to keep their drivers and when you’re a bus driver for children it’s kind of important to keep your employees. Telling me they have no bus drivers so my child has no way to get home other than me finding somebody who can come pick him up? That’s completely unacceptable. Pay your workers better. Learn how to hire more people. Figure it out because when you sign your child up to be on the bus, you shouldn’t have to be constantly worrying about whether or not your child is going to be able to get home from school on time. The bus system was better when it was run by Columbia, mo public not the stupid student transportation of America.
