I have been a 5 star customer for several years and just used Steve's for some bed bugs brought home from travel. We had Andrew, Logan and Sawyer come to treat the house and vehicles. They were incredibly professional, expedient, and I am looking forward to a good night's sleep again. Highly recommend!

We are on the 5 star plan with Steve's. Our service man, Todd, does an outstanding job of going out of his way to see that we are satisfied! His customer service skills and hard work are without question the best that I have ever seen! Services: Spiders, Cockroaches, Bees, Hornets or wasps, Termites, Ants

I have been using Steve's Pest Control for the 30 years I have been in the rental business and they had been effective and we never had any problems until this last service. I called for the service and a guy named Bob call's me back, I explain the service I need and Bob go's into the complete explanation of how I need to vacuum after the treatment, I explain that they have done this for me several times and I already understand the process, I suppose this annoyed Bob that he couldn't complete the pitch, sorry Bob but I'm really busy just send the tech. Little did I know this annoying Bob would come back on me when I called to inform them that the service hadn't been effective. The service tech came on a Thursday afternoon, He completely sprayed the house as it was empty and advised not to go back in it to clean until after the following Monday, On Tuesday I reentered the house to find it still jumping with fleas, on my contact with Bob again he reminds me I didn't listen and should have been vacuuming, I remind him that the tech said not to enter and now I need to vacuum for 2 weeks Daily, so now I'm supposed to just go in and vacuum up live fleas daily when my experience before has been to vacuum flea eggs and not have fleas crawling up my legs as I vacuum, at that point they might as well have done nothing. As I needed the fleas knocked down I googled how and came up with Clorox, I sprayed the house down and the fleas were immediately gone and now can be effectually vacuumed up, upon telling Ole Bob about the Clorox he immediately says they have no responsibility from this point on as if they had any in the first place but quickly informs me that they will be expecting payment in 30 days, I would hate having this guy at the helm of my business as now between him and the weak sauce chemical sprayed around my house Steve's has lost a customer, the rudeness has also got them this review.
