        I am giving 3 stars but the salesman, Tom, gets one star and the packing and movers gets 5 stars. Tom miscommunicated with us in which case we moved our closing and ended up not having our stuff when we needed it. It cost us hundreds of dollars in lodging and other fees. Accidents happen and it would have been no big deal but this guy could not admit he made a mistake. To top it off he was harassing my husband at work to argue with him about it. When my husband told him to please quit calling him, he was working, then Tom started texting him and harassing him. HOWEVER, our packers and movers were top notch.
