They are terrible. They're trying to take advantage of a friend. They're trying to sell her a $1000 lemon for $5000. It's rediculous. They didn't even detail the car before selling it to her. I will never go here.

This was at the Chrysler Dodger Dealership! BUT as far as Customer service goes I would give them a zero star rating. Upfront everybody is nice and cordial. When it comes time to paying the bill they act like they're doing you a favor. Making customers feel like they are dumb is just not polite business. So the coupon said two oil changes w/ tire rotation $80 [$80] looked like a check. They got frustrated with me because they had to explain it to me again and the man shook his head and walked away. A woman came back and explained that she's never been told what I thought before. I get that in today's modern age of convenience people try to get out of paying a bill; but, don't make people feel dumb and don't disrespect them to their face. Again I understand there were a lot of people there and it's frustrating when you feel like your doing all you can and then you think some guy just doesn't want to pay. Just be polite about it and shake your head and disrespect them behind closed doors.
