        Where told was first come first serve for intake appointment starting at 8am. Drove over an hour first one in the building were told they already had appointments scheduled and we would have go wait till 9 or after how do u trust them when they lie from the get go. VERY BAD PATIENT SERVICE!!! Mental health is nothing to mess with when someone realizes they need help make the effort take those first steps then be told sorry appointments have already been made during a first come time is just very very wrong!!!

        Obviously people call to get help. But if you dont want to be at work or you cant be professional and answer caller questions this isnt the job for you. People have mental health issues, they dont need to be treated like theyre not human. 2stars explains a lot! Time for change in staff!

        Honestly I wish I could say Burrell cares about patients. But I've lost almost everything in my life while under their care. My job. My relationship. The next thing is gonna be my life and they don't give a damn. They keep me on the same cocktail of pills that clearly don't work.
