        The agent I talked to didn't ask me for my VIN number, I had to ask if said agent wanted my VIN. The agent confessed that I had paid for someone else's insurance. I was asked if I was interested in renters insurance, and I said, "No, not at this time." I found another insurance agency that was a little cheaper than Shelter, so I called and canceled my policy. I tried calling said agent a couple of times after canceling to make sure I was getting reimbursed for my policy and said agent never answered my calls or called me back, I had left messages every time I called. It was only when I called the corporate office that I found out about the renters insurance. I did get reimbursed for both policies, but I won't be going through Shelter for a while, if ever! Bad customer service on the agent who initially took my call!
