Primerica Financial Services was named trustworthy? HA! I saved 10% of my pay from 1983 to 2004 into the federal thrift savings program & after retiring I was encouraged to rollover my balance to Primerica with lofty promises of great returns. I researched this company extensively & heard they had been around since 1971 with never a losing year so I got suckered into investing my IRA with their PONZI SCHEME! In July 2008 my IRA balance was $78 thousand dollars. Today I have only $7300.00 remaining which currently is safely sitting in a Certificate of Deposit with my local credit union. Citigroup is the parent company of Primerica & nothing would make me happier than to see the doors of Citigroup closed & locked forever & their status as a U.S. bank with all its subsidiaries cease to exist. I also blame Bill Clinton who as President lead the campaign in 1999 to repeal The Glass-Steagall Act. Since then our federal politicians have prospered into multi-millionaires while WE THE PEOPLE of the United States languish in hopeless financial ruin. My opinion is that the Clintons, the Trumps, and the Bushes ALL belong in the same jail cell with Bernie Madoff!
