These people have kept a new Cub Cadet mower of mine out side for four months now. It had a leak over the rear axle and at three months I stopped in, as I live 50 miles north of them, asked them "whats up"? They said they tightened the drain plug on the engine ! I said it was not even leaking there. Told them where it was and they acted like "what?" Nobody even told them what the problem was ! Like they had a $2500 piece of someone's property let it sit outside in the weather getting faded and the seat rotting and were not interested in fixing it ??? The could have called me or the mgr of the branch that picked it up and asked. Well they found the leak and ordered a seal a month ago and still nobody is fixing it and bringing it home. This is a very poor way to do business. They have a sign saying Cub Cadet sales and "service" ???? They act like its no big deal. NEVER AGAIN will I ever do business with this place.
