I ve been living in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4-5 years and i have $200 electric bills at the most in the winter but yesterday I received a $297 electric bill. I spoke to a rep and they said usage rates have not changed and asked me to hold and sent me to customer service after speaking with them for about 20 minutes they gave me a phone number to call for a free home energy assessment and hung up without notice. I called the number given several times for the next few days but i was always sent to the voicemail and never received a callback. So if your planning to move to Columbia you should be aware that Columbia doesn't care about the individuals who live here as long as they get paid they just don't give a s#@t.

Generally exceptional water quality. Power outages are addressed quickly. We're lucky to have a quality W&L department. Costs seem to be appropriate.
