        Bad phone reception, I believe caused the wrong part to be ordered, ph reception on my end, wrong part so couldn't be used, ever since when I go for a part the price is jacked up more than what I have been quoted, and the old wrong part is brought out to see if I will take, please have a talk with the service manager. The customer is supposed to be always right. Other people I've talked to love your service, what gives, I'm looking at a mini truck now since I don't have confidence in the parts service.

        Definitely a laid back no pressure sales team witch is refreshing, being a technician myself i was asking very odd questions, the salesman was unable to answer (understandable) but was quick to find the information I needed and got back with me promptly.
