Very kind. Needed a ride from work and had trouble with my phone service but the driver was very patient with me and so is the manager working the phone! Very well timing too, I definitely will use again if I need to, a great experience!

I didnt end up using this service after the weirdness of the initial phone call to check on accessibility. It was late afternoon, but the man who answered sounded asleep, confused, and/or under the influence of something.
It was as if Id called someones home in the middle of the night, not a business expecting calls.
