        I was having trouble with my Miele Twist upright. The customer service department at Miele referred me to Oreck Clean home on Ladue Road. The staff was polite and helpful. Fixed my vacuum in a couple of days. I hope I never have another vacuum problem, but if I do, I know where to go.
