I live in Tennessee and take my mother to see a heart doctor. Because of your policies about wearing a mask she didn't see her doctor today, Tuesday November 16th. I have done my own research listening to countless medical professionals who have shown their evidence about this pandemic. What you are doing to medical professionals all over the country forcing them to do something that they shouldn't have to do is a crime. My daughter who is a nurse, used to work for your organization and thank the Lord she left her position last year. You are causing more harm than good and I pray that you will turn to the Lord for salvation.

Absolutely horrible billing system. My wife paid a bill online for an ascension hospital, using ascension's instructions. Ascension paid it to another of their facilities hundreds of miles away, and couldn't get the funds back to the correct hospital, so the payment was declined. Then I tried to pay at the hospital that was billing us, which ascension's bill says is an option, but they wouldn't answer the phone, so I left my number on their automated callback system, but they didn't call back, so I called customer service and paid verbally to a human over the phone, who gave me a confirmation number, but weeks later we found out the charge was declined because our billing address didn't match our physical address. Why did they give me a confirmation number then? We have the money to pay, but ascension makes it very difficult to pay, and their customer service reps clearly don't give a damn about their jobs, all they want to do is get rid of you. If they can't get billing right, why should we think their medical care is competent? What a messed up organization.

Absolutely horrible! I was seen at an ascension urgent care in WI in February. I have been dealing with insurance issues since day 1. My own insurance company rep called them useless. These people do not know what they are doing, they are rude and absolutely have no business dealing with patients personal information with how incompetent they are. Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else
