So apparently this business, specifically this location, very recently chose to discriminate against hiring an African American woman because we do not consider candidates with suggestive ghetto names. Racist much? Well, the internet is forever and your company is forever identified as one with racist practices, and this is healthcare. Sounds like corporate needs notified as well. Id give this company -5 stars if possible

Not the best first impression. I live in a very rural area, which of course is on me. The only reason I say that is to mention that it is well over an hour drive to get there. I had an appointment to have my initial blood work done to see where I am with levels. Two different girls stuck me a total of 5 times and were unable to get a draw. Again, I understand that happens. What shocked me was the fact they were so flippant about it, just stopped, and told me to come back again in a week because "there will be people here then that are better at this than we are." What? Really? Nah, Im out.

This is one of the only places I will refer my patients to bc they take time to truly understand what the patient needs and not just trying to push hormones on everyone. The staff is friendly and the results on our patients that have went there have been better than anticipated.
