i had a very bad experience with the clinic on Hy.248 Branson yesterday. I played phone tag all day with them TRYING TO GET AN EMERGERY perscripition filled that was urgently needed.. one lady says IT WAS SEND PROIORTY AND THE NEXT SAID THE NURSE WAS REVEIWING IT..... NEEDLESS to say I NEVER GOT THE PRESCRTION.... to the point I was ready to change my doctors over to Cox doctors. Just wanted you to know that something needs to be done with the staff there.

The people at Mercy Corporate Office are characterized by genuine kindness, compassion, love for humanity, exceptional level of expertise, creativity, and problem-solving aptitude. It is both a joy and a privilege to interact with them.

This isn't a review of my doctor. Dr Bailey is the first non family member doctor I've enjoyed in my life. Her and her team made me feel valid, respected and seen. This review is for Mercy and its practices. The app is absolutely God awful and to my knowledge required to interact with the hospitals. You have to do multiple phone confirmations and a virtual checkin before your appointment, and if you miss any of these the app gaslights you about your appointment. No second chances. No followup calls to see why you missed one of these instances. This cost me my final appointment with my doctor. I Brought her and the team pizza and then had a mental breakdown in the parking lot when I realized they cancelled my appointment again. I've recommended Dr Bailey multiple times. I don't recommend working with Mercy and I am actively looking to switch from their network.

Mercy Corporate does not care about the health and safety of patients. I was directed to the corporate office for my feedback about Mercys use of Quest Labs after a terrible experience with my young daughter at the Mercy Childrens Hospital which resulted in no usable sample after the phlebotomist used the wrong tube for collection after sticking my daughter THREE times. I have already registered my complaint with Quest but Mercy seems completely ignorant of how this new partnership is resulting in poor care for their patients. I left a message and got a call back from a receptionist who was very curt, not at all helpful and insisted that she wouldnt know who to pass my feedback to. I asked for the person she reports to and was told that theyre out of the office because everyone is working from home. I told her I would be happy to wait for a call back but Im not holding my breath on that based on her attitude. I have a lot of wonderful Mercy doctors but its clear that the corporate office has no interest in improving things for patients, especially when its the result of their own poor choices.
