they referred me to a doctors office that couldn’t do my X-Ray while I had severe symptoms of a concussion.

this was the worst treatment I’ve ever had. I went in for what I thought was COVID or the flu. I tested negative for COVID and they completely disregarded that I still wasn’t feeling well and sent me home with antibiotics without testing me for strep, flu, mono, exc. I made 3 other appointments and I got a call from a doctor I’ve never spoken to about a blood test I NEVER TOOK. the doctor I saw didn’t check my ears, throat, or listen to my lungs. Here I am on day 5 of being terribly sick and they were late to my VIRTUAL appointment without notice. I called 4 times getting sent to voicemail trying to see if they forgot about my appointment. I’m 19 and these people took advantage of my time, money, and health.

Access Medical Clinic in Cassville: My grandchildren are patients and have been seen there for approximately 5 years. We have a autoimmune disease that is quite complex. The children have varying degrees of issues. We consistently see Julie Stapp when we need medical assistance. Julie Stapp has always treated us as though we are family, while maintaining a professional demeanor. We've found her to be very bright, compassionate, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. One of her greatest assets is that if she doesn't have a solid answer, she will be very straightforward and tell us she's not knowledgeable in that area,then finds us someone who is, humbleness is not common in most medical professionals,however Julie Stapp is always displaying that quality of character. The nurses are equally skilled and very compassionate as well, they've consistently gone out of their way to help the children while treating them like their own. We've nothing but compliments for the clinic.
