        I was trying to return the equipment. First day on my visit they asked me to cancel on call. I did it after long waiting on call . Next day I came, waited for about an hour after check in and finally when my turn came associate told me to return it to ups. This was Soo irritating and waste of my time . Still unsure how to return equipment

        Not this store in particular. But just spectrum. I used to love and swear by you guys. But it's nothing but trash now. Have to call for a week to try to get our router fixed. The lyrics send someone out and they don't fix the problem. Internet was out within the hour after they left. Call again and they say our internet is fine on their side when it hasn't been working for more than an hour a day for the last week. Finally get another appointment abd they haven't shown up. Been almost an hour since they were supposed to be here. Call to ask and get told we will get a call back. I'm done with spectrum. Over priced and just seems like no one knows what's going on anymore.
