I have been with Doug Baker for years. My Father liked Doug when he moved to the area. I have been with State Farm since 1977. My only insurance company. I have had multiple cars covered with this company. As a family Im sure we have had property insurance also. Anytime I call the office they are nice and professional. My questions or needs get immediate attention. Everyone is so nice it makes me feel like a friend but I never see them. The staff is awesome.

Ive had State Farm for many years. Ive never had an issue. All of the staff at Doug Bakers office is fabulous! Always friendly and helpful. They jump right on whatever I have ever needed and dont waste any time doing it. Ive always been very pleased with everything they have done for us. Give them a try, I promise you wont regret it!

I highly recommend this State Farm office. Tisha has been extremely helpful with one of our policies after we moved to Hollister and changed offices. She helped us get a credit when we noticed an error on the policy that the other office missed.

We love our State Farm Agent. Ronnie is professional courteous and always answers the phone with a SMILE! Hes quick with answers to our questions and great at problem resolution. All the staff is friendly and helpful!
