        I was in a tight bind trying to close on a piece of property for a family member in a nursing home and the ladies at the Branson office went above and beyond the normal to help expedite the closing and complete it smoothly. I can't thank them enough!!!! I highly recommend them.

        I would not recommend this company. They do not have it together. It took three months to get my deed filed. And after all the wait they still did not fallow threw. I never received anything. Go somewhere else you can do better.

        Keep asking if we needed items to close.  No answer.  Traveling closing day.  As I got on my 4am flight I see that I need to sign something.   Really?   Day of closing.   Ran around at contacting airport pay extra to get it. Can't believe I paid that much for closing and this.     Asked t o do it by doc u sign..  told you can't in mo.  Hum sold. Three other home in mo and used it.   Hum one just last week.    If I was you. Use ozark title.  Had great luck with them.  No run around.
