My family and I spend an hour each time we visit Branson at Cool Off Chutes. The owner and her family are very friendly as long you follow the rules posted, which is custom practice any place you go. Last year I witnessed a customer trying to rip off Cool Chutes. The customer was trying to sneak her kids onto her mat so they could all ride at the price of one person. The lady owner handled the situation in a very professional manner. Since the customer become belligerent and threatening, the owner called the police. Thankfully after the customer made a big scene, they finally left (before police arrived).

It's nice to support a locally owned business. Great prices! Friendly staff. The best part is there are NO STAIRS. great for small kids, older adults and people w a fear of heights!!

Best attraction in Branson. Been going to it for over 30 years. My boys look forward to it every year. The owner has to set rules because if she didn't she would not make any money. The prices are high but it cost a lot to repair the slide if someone goes down it and rips the blue lining of the slide with zippers on their shorts and she has to repair it. We talked to her for well over an hour one day. Very interesting lady to talk to. Just obey the rules people and have fun.
