I walked in not knowing they were closing in 6 minutes. They didn't rush me and were very helpful in assisting me to choose the supplies I needed for husband recovering at home after surgery.

Needed a piece of equipment and Tammy was so nice and helpful to bring it out to the van for me and even put it together.

I picked up my cpap machine a few days ago. It all felt rushed and the gal spoke very loudly with the door left open. I wanted to try the mask I was sent home with before deciding to purchase. I called today to ask if I could stop by and pick up a mask and was told I needed to come in for a fitting. Why? I know what size I came home with and it is working. I can order on Amazon for less money and not have to go back into this place. No fitting just sending me what I asked for. Customer service. I will be looking to transfer to another medical supply for future purchases. And I dont have to go in for that either. Edited to add: I did receive a follow up call regarding this review from the administrator who was very nice. I did find, though, that I can order the same cpap machine online for $476 and my insurance is being charged $188 per month on rent to own from CMH. So I am returning it and have one ordered.
