Update Oct 30 2021: The heat function is wonderful on this new system! Very personable and arrived in a timely manner. The new 2-stage Amana heatpump works great in comparison to other brands we've had in the past. Probably should give them a 5 star, but we were not happy that the air handler was placed so the info. statements are upside down -- looks stupid-- and the filter slot lid reads upside down, too.(Yes, the factory and manual say it's operationally fine to do this, but it looks wrong aesthetically.) Perhaps they should tell the customer ahead of time in case to give them the option to choose a different product.

Called on Friday for service on a leak in our kitchen. Extremely pleasant and professional to deal with on the phone. She informed me that they would not be able to get here until the middle of the following week, but said she would let me know as soon as they had an opening. Called me early Monday morning and had a master plumber out within the hour. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly and professional throughout the visit. Cost was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call them again.
