        Regretting our decision to use Jackson Hewitt for taxes this year. We recently moved to the area & thought we'd give them a try because they advertise so much about being the best and doing the best. Well here we are this morning, info entered wrong, (obv not by us, since we didn't prepare our own taxes) & paid 321.00 to have them prepared,so our advance payment emails and gift cards didn't come through.. now we have to wait and retake info back to be entered in correctly. The manager I spoke with this morning was rude as well... We won't be returning our business to Jackson Hewitt
