Scott helped alleviate my concerns with my homes foundation and even gave me steps and advice I could do on my own before proceeding to pay a professional. Was extremely helpful and did not try to give a hard sell, only recommendations for various solutions. Solid professional and will use in the future.

I've had Scott out twice to look at water concerns with water in the basement, approximately a year apart. Both times Scott has shown up and given what I'd call "neighbor advice". He takes time to diagnose potential issues then gave me ideas on what I can do to fix the water problems. Both times the first suggestions he gave were work I could do myself before trying to sell me his services. This is definitely a company I'd recommend.

I cannot say enough good about this company. Scott was professional and came out on time. I like the fact that he does all customer estimate's himself. He was incredibly knowledgeable about piers, home settling concerns, and how to know whether or not you need work done. It turned out that I did NOT need piering done, to my relief. Another company had told me I needed $50,000 worth of piers installed. Scott spent a lot of time sharing his knowledge with me and he didn't even get anything out of it. I highly recommend that anyone with concerns about their home contact this company. I only wish I had called him FIRST!

I had a bid from Thrasher Foundations. They recommended $20,000 worth of piers for my garage which is settling. I called Advanced Systems and Scott Chase came and listened to all my concerns. In the end he recommended that I do nothing. He said that yes the garage is settling but there's no living space above or below it and that it wasn't compromising my home in any way. He also took time to answer all my foundation questions and told me some things to watch for and made some recommendations about guttering and water draining around my foundation. I highly recommend Scott and his company. If he has the integrity to turn down work when it isn't needed he also has the integrity to not oversell when it is. Thumbs up for Scott and his integrity to do the right thing for the customer! Here's a company you can trust.
