Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordered carside to go. Arrived at scheduled time. Waited 15 minutes before someone came out and asked my name. Said they were working on my order. Waited 30 more minutes and a second person came over and asked my name. Said they would check on my order. After 20 more minutes I went inside. Neither of the same two people seemed to remember or know I had been out there over an hour. I canceled my order. This has happened to my wife and I two other times. Can't understand it. Probably won't try again. Used to be a reliable meal option for us.

Food was good, server was terrific, but the floor & tables were filthy. Whomever owns the establishment needs to get management to understand cleanliness is one of the top things customers consider most important when choosing where to eat.

They were completely understaffed, one cook and one server. I have never seen two people working togeather and trying so hard to keep the customers happy. The wait was a little longer but the food was delicious. Great job.

We were told after the meal they were training new cooks. The food took an hour to get to the table. Steaks over cooked. Sons sandwich was wrong. It had items that wasn't on the menu. I was completely done with my food, before my wife received her meal. The server was attentive, and apologized for the tardiness of the food. Overall a disappointing experience. Sure glad it wasn't a date night.
