      image I just moved into my home at Southfork last week and my experience has been wonderful. The manager (Beckie) and Krystal have been very kind, accommodating and responsive. I applied on a Monday afternoon, I was approved by Tuesday and moved in on Thursday. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly, the grounds are well kept and I feel safe walking my dogs at night. I absolutely love my home and am thankful to have found this community.

      image We just bought our home here and weve had nothing but a positive experience. Everyone is so kind and welcoming in the office and that made this so much easier. This will be an adjustment for our family as we are downsizing by a lot, but this process has been a breeze. Thank you again for helping us and being so genuine. Keep up the amazing work!!!!
