I was a part time worker for about a year before i became a supervisor. The management is a complete mess. We never had the supplies we needed and would constantly get complaints from the warehouse workers that the floors weren't clean. It doesn't help that we were having to use dawn dish soap and a bucket of water to clean floors and windex was used on everything else. There isn't any communication between the managers that run around to different sites and the head office. The restroom floors were stripped of wax for about 7 months before they finally started to get someone to come re wax them. That was only after me complaining for over 8 MONTHS. When they did finally have someone come to the site to strip and wax, they didn't even start with the bathrooms in the worst condition they started with the most well kept. Posting this here for other future hires since this company doesn't have a glassdoor profile to rate them.

I used to work here. The company management is poor. When a piece of machine broke my 6.5 hour shift dwindled down to a 3 hour shift. They had me do things that the next shift was supposed to do and in return it shortened her shift as well. I was hired on full time and my checks never broke a full time schedule. Management would come in and do my work for me making me have no work to fill the time I had to work. I worked there less than 3 weeks. When I was hired they were in the process of training a new manager for the facility who trained me how to do my job wrong. When I asked for extra training or to be trained the correct way. When it came down to training I was showed not how to use the machines properly, but told how to. The manager who did my training taught me how to use the wrong cleaning supplies for the equipment. The manager who was in training ended up quitting during my training. My training was never completed. They have 2 workers working a 6-1230 and a 1230-7. They hired on more people making the shifts even shorter. Do not reccomend working or hiring this company. The lack of training and management that this company uses is ridiculous.
