Brite Carwash

Paid $21 for a wash that didn't clean all the dirt off and left streaks. Said I would like a refund attendant said he needed info and pictures and manager would contact me. He never did and would not return my calls. Opened a case with my credit card. What a hassle. Never get my business again. Take your chance if you do. Place is a rip off!! Probably rips off the flag people on the street too!

I have used this car wash MANY times, for my current car, and NEVER had a problem. Today, the rollers weren't moving my car. Twice, the truck behind me almost hit me. The man who came to my car both times insinuated it was MY fault and I would be responsible for any damages to the car behind me! He then told me I should find another car wash. OH I WILL! I will NEVER return to this car wash again! EDIT: I also want to mention I paid for the Premium package with a couple of add-ons ($24.98) and am pretty sure I didn't get everything I paid for......you can see dirt in the wheel wells and there are brush marks on my hood. Services: Polishing, Car waxing

Awesome attendant that went above and beyond for a dirt and salt covered oversized truck. Hope he gets a raise.
